Amen, Dr. King.  It's why economic developers do what they do.  It's why KEDC's mission is to enhance a business climate so that it is conducive to job creation and retention improving the standard of living for Kilgore residents.  It's the best kind of philanthropy.

Kilgore Economic Development Corp. has joined forces with PAK-SHER, a Kilgore company that has been an innovator in the design and manufacture of carryout and kitchen prep packaging since the early 1970's,   to involve local students in a coop recycling program utilizing new equipment at the company.
