The Workforce Development Department at Kilgore College works with business and industry to design customized training to match the needs of a specific company. The college will work with business to access any training funds available for the project (such as Skills Development Fund), write the application for those funds and handle the administrative requirements of the grant. The college can provide pre-employment testing and screening. KC also offers certificate and degree programs in a variety of fields and technical areas.
