Sam Dunn Enterprises is an offloading option. The cost for offloading services is as follows:
One railcar = four trucks =$97.50/truck
Handling = $525.00/railcar
Offloaded and delivered =$915.00/railcar
Storage = $4 – 5/roll with a maximum of 5,000 to 7,500 lbs each

Ø Inventory tracking by each customer’s requirements
Ø Damage rework and damage reporting
Ø Supply reordering through vendors directly

Ø Daily inventory reconciliation between Customers system and SDE Accuplus (WMS) system (if applicable)

Ø Railcar cleaning service provided for Union Pacific
Ø Pictures of all outbound rail loads kept on computer
Rail construction is a 17-month construction period with an estimated expense of $5-$7 million.
