Kilgore Economic Development Corp. on Monday approved selling six acres in North Kilgore Industrial Park to Louis Hall for $34,017.50. Hall is the owner of H&W Industrial Services, a company with 20 employees that sandblasts and paints oil, gas and water industrial equipment.
